I have been admiring a few local businesses and thought why not share their creations in a local Christmas Gift Guide.

So here I’ll start with an introduction to these amazing small businesses:


Carmel specialises in essential oil diffuser jewellery made from Lava stone! You won’t find these unique pieces anywhere else. Essential oils are simply dabbed onto the porous beads and slowly diffuse throughout the day and emitting their positive and/or calming effects. Jody is a craftswomen specialising in the art of macrame! From wall hangings and pot plant hangers to earrings, her range of products will suit all the home owners, plant lovers and women in your life.

She customises pieces and can basically make anything!

Corrie has equipped herself with a fancy machine and she creates anything customised out of wood, bamboo and acrylic board, think announcement plaques,  business signs, cake toppers, educational word games, chore sticks, your child's drawing on a magnet, the possibilities are almost endless!!

Western Heart Designs-

Belinda has created herself a beautiful little niche market by painting wonderful western inspired designs on leather! Leather baby moccs, women’s earrings and purses! Her paintings are pure art, funky and unique!

Cloth Baby-

An awesome online store offering you some amazing MCN (modern cloth nappy) brands. Emma has a background in waste management and felt the need to do something about the amount of disposable nappies she saw. So that was when Cloth Baby was born! She is an expert in nappies and offers workshop in surrounding towns and venues, have a look at her events!
