Terms & Conditions, Returns, refunds and exchanges

Wrong size- If you have made a purchase with eco kinder and upon receiving your goods realise you bought the wrong size or the item doesn't fit, you can ask for an exchange. To exchange an item you must be able to prove your purchase and exchange will be for like product or if not available in stock then you can choose from what eco kinder has in stock. if postage is required you are expected to cover postage to return the item (tracked post) and postage to receive the new item. The items must have tags and be in unworn/unused condition.

Change of mind- If you have changed your mind on the design or style you have 21 days from purchase. Same conditions apply in regards to postage cost and product in unused condition as per above.

Refund- A refund will only occur for the faulty items in the transaction made with eco kinder. Eco kinder will not refund other items within the transaction that are not faulty. Postage will only be covered by eco kinder if all of the items in the transaction were faulty. Once the item has been received and it is proven to be faulty, then eco kinder will process the refund and postage associated with returning the faulty goods.

Eco kinder prides itself on providing quality products. If you deem any products to be faulty (exception of general wear and tear) please feel free to contact us and we will work out a solution.


Postage- Free postage once you spend over $150, Australia delivery only.

Free local pick-up in Albury or Wodonga, customer must be willing to collect, however on occasion arrangement can be made for drop off to these areas.

Postage is estimated based on Australian Post and Sendle quotes. I will use the most suitable service at the time of despatching parcel. Please leave me a message if you have a preference of postal service for reasons known to you.
